Provider Setup
Configure AI generation providers for VisionDraft Desktop and understand cloud provider availability.
Cloud (managed)
On VisionDraft Cloud, generation providers are managed by the platform. No API keys required from users. Available providers depend on platform configuration:
- Google — Veo, Imagen, TTS
- OpenAI — DALL-E, TTS
- ElevenLabs — premium voices
- Runway — video generation
Desktop (bring your own keys)
VisionDraft Desktop reads API keys from your local .env.local file or Desktop settings. Required environment variables:
GOOGLE_API_KEY=...
OPENAI_API_KEY=...
ELEVENLABS_API_KEY=...
RUNWAY_API_KEY=...Coming soon
Kling, Luma, FLUX, and Suno integrations are planned. They appear as unavailable until configured.
Provider health
Check provider status in Settings → Providers. Green indicates configured and healthy; gray indicates not configured.
